Laura has more than 12 years of experience in financial analysis and corporate finance. Before joining Putney, she worked in the banking sector and in business valuation consulting firms.

Throughout the years she has concentrated in business valuation, financial analysis, asset management and project finance.

Laura holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics (Magna Cum Laude), with a Finance concentration from American University in Washington, D. C. She also holds a Master’s degree in Financial Economics (Magna Cum Laude) from American University as well. She has accomplished additional certificates, in business valuation and private equity, in universities such as NYU and Instituto Empresa Madrid.

Dionicio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting as well as a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Carabobo in Venezuela. With over 24 years of experience, mostly specialized in the sugar industry; Dionicio has excelled in areas such as Operation Audit, Financial Planning and Supply Chain Management.

Prior to joining Putney Capital Management, he worked as Supply Chain Manager in a consumer product multinational corporation as well as a Senior Manager in the consulting firm Asesoría Agriplus, which specializes in animal feed procurement, business valuation and process improvement with a focus on costs reduction in sugar mill operations.

Ricardo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and accounting from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico. He also holds a master of business administration degree in management of information systems from Kent State University. With more than 15 years of experience, Ricardo is an expert in technology application and process re-engineering. Prior to joining Putney, he worked at Arthur Andersen as a business consultant. He then worked as CIO and COO of the Government Development Bank of Puerto Rico. He served as CIO of the Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewage Authority (PRASA) where he later became regional director. Ricardo held the position of CIO of Medical Card Systems and later worked as Senior Vice-President at Doral Bank in Puerto Rico.
