
Javier has over 8 years of experience in business consulting and economic research, specializing in quantitative analysis to support strategic decision-making.
He has worked as an Associate at McKinsey & Company, an Economic Consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank, and has held positions of economic and financial analysis at the National Budget Office, the National Energy Commission, and the Superintendency of Pension Funds.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from PUCMM, a specialization in Applied Mathematics from INTEC, and a Master’s degree in Economics from Duke University in North Carolina, United States, through the Fulbright scholarship.
