CAEI – Founded in 1883, CAEI is dedicated to the production and processing of sugarcane and its derivates. As the oldest ongoing company in the sector in the Dominican Republic, CAEI manages around 35,000 ha of land cultivation with a goal to increase that to 45,000 ha by 2027.

San Pedro Bio Energy – SPBE is the first biomass-fueled renewable energy plant in the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean. Founded in 2017 with an initial capacity of 30.5MW, SPBE is in the process of expanding its installed capacity by 25MW, to reach a capacity of 55MWH. Located in the province of San Pedro de Macorís, SPBE plays a crucial role in promoting sustainable energy development across the country.
Biomasa – Biomasa Agroindustrial specializes in biomass cultivation for renewable energy production. Currently managing 4,500 hectares dedicated to Eucalyptus, Leucaena, and Acacia forests, our commitment to sustainable practices ensures the reliable supply of biomass for various energy applications. We are currently working on expanding our forests by adding an additional 2,500 hectares required to support the expansion of SBPE.

LA FINCA – La Finca Unidad is an agricultural company specializing in sugar cane production, utilizing over 17,000 hectares of land rented from the Dominican government. Previously utilized by the government for sugar cane development in government-owned mills, all the cane produced is destined for the CAEI factory.

Endulzza – Endulzza del Caribe specializes in packaging and marketing certified sugar, adhering to the rigorous Bonsucro production and chain of custody standard. Look for the Cristal de Caña seal, our hallmark of quality and sustainability. Endulzza also offers various family packaging options, ranging from half lb to 10 lb packages, as well as the convenient “stick pack” format commonly used in restaurants and offices.
